A bright morning tea with an aroma and pungency depicting the essence of fine Ceylon tea. An intense gourmet black tea with a burgundy coloured liquor is robust and strong yet bright with a bold personality to be enjoyed straight or with a dash of fresh milk.
Brewing tips for loose leaf: One teaspoon per person plus one for the pot and brew for 5 minutes. At the half way point of brewing always give the tea a nice stir. Add a dash of fresh milk to taste.
