A perfect morning/day time tea ideal to be enjoyed straight or by adding fresh milk with a dash of honey or sugar for a tea with bright golden colour and optimum briskness. A typical English tea!

Brewing tips for loose leaf: One teaspoon per person plus one for the pot and brew for 5 minutes. At the half way point of brewing always give the tea a nice stir. Add a dash of fresh milk to taste.
